Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Handle contractor/client billing and cost control.
- Manage tendering, vendor evaluation, and contracts.
- Measure work completed and prepare interim/final bills.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare project cost reports and maintain budget compliance.
