Experience: 2-4 Years

Industry: Handicrafts / Home Dcor / Export

CTC: Upto 6.25lpa

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Manage international client orders from sampling to shipment

Coordinate with production teams, artisans, and vendors to ensure timely execution

Monitor production schedules and resolve operational challenges

Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with export standards

Support product development, sourcing, and innovation initiatives

Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status and deliveries

Prepare reports, maintain records, and track key performance indicators

What We're Looking For:





2-4 years of merchandising experience in handicrafts, home dcor, textile, or export industries

Robust understanding of handicraft production processes and artisan techniques

Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures

Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
