We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire for Salesforce. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce-side solution design and implementation while collaborating closely with Guidewire specialists to deliver seamless integration with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce-side solution design in collaboration with Guidewire experts during project initiation and implementation.
- Design and implement OmniStudio data mappings between Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Assess the existing Guidewire for Salesforce (GW4SF) implementation and recommend upgrades, enhancements, or managed package reinstallation where required.
- Design integration approaches between Salesforce FSC, Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, and surrounding enterprise applications.
- Provide technical guidance on CRM integration architecture and customer ecosystem connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a repeatable migration and implementation playbook.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, and best-practice recommendations.
- Ensure scalable, high-quality, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience working with Guidewire for Salesforce (GW4SF).
- Good understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire ClaimCenter integration patterns.
- Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
- Experience designing Salesforce integration solutions using APIs and enterprise integration best practices.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform customization, Apex, Lightning Experience, and declarative development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with distributed global teams.
