We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D; Manager Special Projects with solid hands-on design capabilities in MIL-Grade/Industrial Grade Power Supplies Systems using Cosel/Synqor products for applications related to MOD, Armed Forces, and DRDO labs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead special R&D; projects for MIL-grade power supplies.

- Design power electronics circuits meeting military specifications.

- Drive prototyping, testing, validation, and product release.

- Collaborate with MOD, Armed Forces, DRDO to define requirements.

- Manage and mentor engineering teams.

- Prepare defence project documentation (QA Plans, BOM, Test Reports).

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics or related field.





- 10+ years in MIL-grade power supply design.

- Experience with MOD/Armed Forces/DRDO projects.

- Strong understanding of MIL standards and ESS.

Preferred
- Defence electronics industry experience.

- Familiarity with defence manufacturing certifications.
