Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch planning, and material movement. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in warehouse management, team handling, inventory control, and ERP systems while ensuring operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper inventory management and maintain stock accuracy through regular physical verification.
- Plan and monitor inward and outward material movement to support production and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams for seamless material flow.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, stock registers, GRNs, dispatch records, and inventory reports.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage practices.




- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely shipments.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize inventory losses or damages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or any relevant discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
- Experience in Textile, Toys, FMCG, Home Furnishing, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
