- Manage and support Windows Server setting.
- Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
- Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file server management.
- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related server issues.
Exchange Support
- Administer and support Microsoft Exchange environment.
- Create and manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow policies.
- Troubleshoot email delivery, Outlook connectivity, and synchronization issues.
- Manage backup and recovery of Exchange databases.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for critical issues.
Network Support
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/network connectivity issues.
- Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Handle IP addressing, VLAN configuration, and network performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with ISP/vendors for link outages and network escalations.
- Ensure network security and compliance standards are maintained.
Client Support & Operations
- Provide onsite technical support to end users and client IT teams.
- Attend incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLA timelines.
- Maintain daily health check reports and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with remote support teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper asset management and documentation.
