We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Merchandiser Operations to coordinate seamlessly between our retail stores, production unit, inventory, and dispatch team to ensure timely product availability and operational excellence.

Position Summary

The Merchandiser Operations will be responsible for managing the complete order flow from retail stores to production and final dispatch. The role requires close coordination with stores, production, inventory, quality, and logistics teams to ensure products are manufactured, packed, and delivered on time while maintaining optimum stock levels across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Store Coordination

- Receive and process product requirements from retail stores.
- Maintain regular communication with store managers regarding stock requirements and replenishment.
- Monitor product movement and ensure timely fulfilment of store demands.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving products and recommend replenishment plans.
- Coordinate urgent requirements for exhibitions, customer orders, and special projects.

Production Coordination

- Prepare production plans based on store orders and inventory requirements.




- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing.
- Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on pending orders.
- Resolve production bottlenecks by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Ensure production schedules are aligned with delivery commitments.

Inventory Management

- Monitor inventory across all stores and warehouses.
- Maintain optimum stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Coordinate stock transfers between stores whenever required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product availability reports.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation.

Order & Delivery Management

- Track every order from receipt to final delivery.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Ensure all products are quality checked before dispatch.
- Maintain delivery schedules and update stores on shipment status.
- Handle priority orders and ensure timely execution.

Reporting

- Prepare daily and weekly order status reports.
- Share production pending reports with management.
- Maintain dispatch tracking and delivery reports.
- Generate inventory ageing reports and stock analysis.
- Analyse sales trends and recommend stock replenishment plans.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Act as the central point of coordination between:
- Retail Stores
- Production Department
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Dispatch & Logistics
- Senior Management




- Ensure smooth communication across all departments to avoid delays and stock shortages.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, inventory management, or production coordination.
- Experience in luxury retail, home dcor, handicrafts, jewellery, gifting, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Positive command of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
