ob Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle procurement of electronic components and industrial products from domestic and international suppliers. The candidate should have knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, online/offline purchasing, import procedures, and coordination from component search to material receiving.

The role involves procurement from India and overseas markets including China, USA, UK, and other countries through manufacturers, distributors, online platforms, and local dealers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Search and source electronic components, modules, ICs, sensors, connectors, relays, PCB parts, and industrial products
- Procure materials from:
- Indian suppliers and local markets
- International suppliers (China, USA, UK, etc.)
- Online B2B/B2C platforms and authorized distributors
- Compare quotations, pricing, lead time, MOQ, and availability
- Coordinate with vendors, dealers, import agents, and courier/logistics companies
- Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) and purchase order process
- Manage procurement cycle from component search to order placement and material receiving
- Follow up for dispatch, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and delivery status




- Maintain vendor database and develop new suppliers
- Understand basic import/export policies, HS codes, GST documentation, IEC-related process, and customs procedures
- Coordinate with Engineers / Accounts and Warehouse teams for invoice verification and stock updates
- Visit local markets/vendors when required for urgent procurement
- Maintain records of purchases, quotations, invoices, and procurement reports
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production and projects.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of electronic components and industrial procurement
- Good internet research and sourcing skills
- Experience with online procurement platforms and dealer sourcing
- Understanding of import process and international purchasing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation skills
- Ability to compare technical specifications and supplier quotations
- Vendor management and follow-up capability
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics coordination.
