Dealing with US/Canadian passengers over the call helping them to make the flight reservation.
Must have experience in Meta calls, generic/organic calls, destination-oriented calls.
Generating MCO or Mark up to meet monthly targets.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
Must have more than 1 years of experience in the international Travel Process
Candidates with work experience in the US Market would be preferred.
