Manage end-to-end coordination between QR-code printing vendors and packaging suppliers to ensure generation, printing, hierarchical linking (piece-level monopack master carton) and lifecycle monitoring of unique QR codes for a consumer loyalty program.
Ensure QR code activation, traceability, scanning/redemption tracking, data integrity, and vendor performance to support fraud prevention and customer experience.
The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of loyalty packaging processes across different manufacturing facilities and vendor sites.
The candidate will coordinate with production teams, vendors, printers, packaging teams, and loyalty operations teams to ensure uninterrupted QR code availability, correct packaging execution, process compliance,
and timely resolution of operational challenges.
Role & responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end QR code operational flow across factories and vendors.
Ensure timely availability of QR stickers, serialised packaging materials, and master carton labels.
Coordinate QR allocation and dispatch with the central loyalty operations team.
Monitor proper linkage of:
- Electrician QR codes
- Dealer/Monopack QR codes
- Master carton QR codes
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain, or Management
- Experience in serialised packaging or loyalty program execution will be an added advantage.
