Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
- Assist with onboarding formalities and HR documentation when required.





Required Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
