Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations and achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth production planning and timely dispatch.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and material utilization.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Control manufacturing costs, waste, and downtime.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
- Lead, train, and develop plant teams.
- Review daily MIS, production KPIs, and drive operational improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

The Plant Head will be responsible for leading the overall manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while achieving quality, productivity, and business targets. The role includes managing production,



maintenance, quality, planning, stores, and manpower to ensure smooth plant operations.

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- 1018 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a Plant Head/Operations Head role.
- Experience in EPS (Thermocol), Packaging, Plastic, Polymer, Foam, or Process Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Experience with ERP/SAP and MIS reporting.
- Solid focus on safety, cost optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement.
