Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Head . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall business performance, P&L; management, strategic planning, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution. This role demands solid business acumen, market understanding, and leadership capabilities to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the real estate business.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.

Develop long-term plans to achieve business goals.

2. Business Development

Drive revenue growth through new projects and sales strategies.

Lead negotiations with investors, and clients.

Oversee marketing, branding, and customer acquisition plans.

4. Financial Management

Own the P&L; manage budgets, forecasts,



and cost optimization.

Analyze financial reports to drive operational efficiency.

5. Team Leadership

Build a high-performing team culture through mentorship and performance management.

Align departmental goals with organizational objectives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in real estate development with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and delivering business growth.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
