We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in managing field verification operations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the field verification process.
- Experience managing a team of approximately 30 backend executives and 200 field executives.
- Good understanding of the geographical areas and operational preferences across the North India region.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills.
