- Design and develop geotechnical solutions for hydro power projects, including dam foundations, embankment stability analysis, and settlement calculations.
- Conduct site investigations to gather data on soil properties, rock mechanics, and groundwater conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical consulting during execution phases of hydro power plants, focusing on foundation design and installation.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with a focus on hydro power projects.
- Solid understanding of RS2 software for numerical modeling of soil behavior under various loads.
- Experience working on underground excavation projects involving complex geological formations.
- Knowledge of PSP (Power House) design principles and their application in hydroelectric systems.
