- Candidate should be a go-getter, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Person should be able to put themselves in the customer’s shoes,



understand their concerns, and work with other teams to find an effective solution.
- Comfortable managing daily operational tracking, performance monitoring, and escalation handling.
- Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
