Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various business functions. Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managers for timely closures. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases. Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
