Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Citrix VDI Engineer/Architect to design, manage, and optimize Citrix infrastructures, lead incident response, and ensure high availability for end-user facing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and manage scalable Citrix infrastructures

- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning

- Mentor junior team members and document system configurations

- Optimize performance and implement strategic enhancements

- Ensure end-to-end availability and reliability of Citrix services

- Collaborate with other IT teams for integration with cloud platforms and monitoring tools

Skills Experience

- 5+ years of Citrix experience , including App Layering and Provisioning Services





- Expertise in Citrix ADC (NetScaler) , Citrix VDI , Virtual Desktops , Virtual Apps , Citrix Gateway , StoreFront , and Citrix Workspace

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and monitoring tools

Certifications (Preferred)

- Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA)

- Citrix Certified Expert (CCE)

Desired Skills

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent documentation and mentoring abilities

- Experience managing enterprise-scale Citrix environments
