Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities.

* Conduct on-ground promotions, roadshows, canopy activities, and brand activation events.

* Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and event agencies.

* Generate customer leads through promotional campaigns.

* Distribute promotional materials and explain product/service benefits to customers.

* Collect customer feedback and prepare daily activity reports.

* Ensure branding materials are displayed properly at promotional locations.

* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives.

Requirements:

* Graduate or Undergraduate.

* 02 years of experience in BTL marketing, promotions, or field marketing

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel and work in the field.

* Ability to work on weekends or during promotional events if required.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
