Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end domestic and international corporate travel bookings.
- Book, modify, reissue, and cancel airline tickets using Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS platforms.
- Provide the most suitable flight options based on client preferences, travel policies, schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries for corporate travelers.
- Ensure accurate ticketing, fare calculations, and adherence to airline rules and regulations.
- Respond promptly to travel requests and provide timely booking confirmations and updates.
- Manage last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve booking and ticketing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, promotional offers, and industry trends.




- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and service standards.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Travel Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international airline reservations, ticketing, fare calculations, and reissuance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- IATA certification or equivalent travel certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with a Corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) is preferred.
- Experience in D365 Administration is a plus.
