Job Description:

Spectrum Talent Management is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiters to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills:

- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
