About the Role

Kent RO Systems Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities by connecting with senior decision-makers such as CHROs, CEOs, HR Heads, and Business Leaders across various organizations to promote and sell our CAM Attendance Software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to CHROs, CEOs, HR Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote Kent's CAM Attendance Software.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with CXOs and senior corporate executives.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Software, SaaS, HR Tech, Attendance Management, ERP, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
