Position: Paralegal / Junior Legal Associate Corporate & Company Law
Role Overview
The Client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support the legal team in corporate and company law matters. The role will primarily focus on documentation, drafting support, and legal research, working closely with senior legal professionals on transactions, compliance, and corporate governance.

- Maintain version control and ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation
2. Legal Research & Compliance
- Conduct legal research on corporate and company law matters
- Support in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparation of notes, summaries, and legal briefs
3. Transaction & Team Support
- Support senior legal team in ongoing transactions and documentation processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for document collection and information flow
- Assist in maintaining legal records, trackers, and data rooms
4. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Organize and manage legal files, contracts, and documentation repositories
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and key deliverables
- Liaise with internal teams and external counsel as required
Key Skills & Capabilities
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Good understanding of corporate law fundamentals
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Candidate Profile
- LLB from a reputed institution
- 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal or junior legal professional
- Exposure to corporate law documentation and contracts preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal team is an advantage
