As our Client Experience Executive, you will:

- Manage inbound outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Handle client onboarding coordination from first contact to long-term relationship.
- Oversee community engagement (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, offline networking).
- Support in event management (workshops, seminars, conclaves).
- Maintain and optimize contacts database CRM systems.
- Provide real-time client support and ensure a world-class experience.
- Act as the bridge between clients, lawyers, and stakeholders.
