;We are looking for a highly skilled Upwork Business Development Expert (BDM) with proven experience in acquiring and winning high-value IT service projects through Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.

;Key Responsibilities

- ;Identify, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

- ;Prepare compelling, customized proposals for AI/ML, NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics projects.

- ;Engage with potential clients, understand requirements, and lead initial discovery discussions.

- ;Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business engagements.

- ;Build and maintain a strong pipeline of global clients and business opportunities.
