Job Description Product Consultant (Supply Chain Management)

Location: Noida / Haridwar
Experience: 8–10 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Management and Retail solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, providing functional consulting, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting product implementation across SCM-related modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
- Provide functional consulting and solution design for Supply Chain Management processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and user training sessions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Support implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the product.
- Prepare functional documents, user stories, process flows, and training materials.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and client discussions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SCM and Retail business processes.
- Experience in ERP/Product Consulting and Implementation.
- Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience with ERP solutions in Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG, Retail, or Logistics domains.
- Exposure to implementation, support, and consulting engagements.

What We Are Looking For

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Product Consulting / Functional Consulting.
- Strong domain knowledge in SCM, DMS, Asset Management, Retail, and Sales Force Automation.
- Ability to work independently and drive client-facing engagements.
