Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Validate application functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a quality assurance perspective.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing activities while maintaining high quality standards.
Required Skills
- 36 years of experience in Functional Testing.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management process.
- Experience in writing comprehensive test cases and executing manual test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in defect tracking and reporting tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Educational Qualification
