- Sourcing & Outreach: Actively search for active and passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized job boards
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial technical and behavioural pre-screens to assess qualifications, technical aptitude, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering leads and hiring managers to translate complex role requirements into clear, attractive job descriptions.
- Candidate Experience: Manage communications, coordinate interview logistics, and build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, notice period alignment, and closing candidates while guiding them through the onboarding
- Tech Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and industry trends to effectively evaluate candidate portfolios.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including creating Boolean search strings and utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and persuasion skills to build rapport with highly specialized tech professionals.
