Director / Senior Director Sales

Location: Noida, India

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth across North India for a leading semiconductor and electronic components distribution company. The role will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading key account initiatives across Industrial, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, and other high-growth segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Own and grow strategic key accounts across North India, building long-term partnerships with OEMs, EMS companies, and system integrators.
- Drive current business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Lead complex sales engagements involving semiconductor and electronic component solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Supply Chain,



and Global Principals to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Identify recent market opportunities and drive design-win initiatives with customers.
- Build executive-level relationships with customer leadership and key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor and develop the regional sales team while fostering a high-performance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20+ years of experience in Electronics or Semiconductor Distribution sales.
- Proven experience in managing large strategic/key accounts across North India.
- Strong exposure to Industrial, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or related electronics manufacturing segments.
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and revenue growth.
