Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and talent management in the engineering & construction industry.
- Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Foster positive relationships with employees at all levels to ensure effective communication and resolve conflicts through fair disciplinary procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations, welfare initiatives, and overall organizational performance.

Job Requirements :

- 12-15 years of experience
- Robust understanding of labour laws, regulations, and best practices related to employment law.
- Proven track record of developing successful HR strategies that align with business objectives.
