Job Summary

We are looking for a Governance Data Center Operations Manager to oversee data center operations, infrastructure delivery, and governance. The role involves managing Netscaler ADC / load balancers, leading DC operations teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and driving continuous operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end data center operations including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.

- Manage and optimize Netscaler ADC / Load Balancer operations.

- Define and enforce operational governance, policies, and ITIL-aligned processes.

- Ensure uptime, performance, and compliance across DC infrastructure.

- Lead, mentor, and manage L1/L2/L3 support teams.

- Coordinate data center projects, upgrades, and delivery initiatives.

- Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to stakeholders.

- Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives.





- Collaborate with vendors, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in data center operations and infrastructure management.

- Hands-on experience with Netscaler ADC / Load Balancers.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA governance, and operational compliance.

- Experience in project delivery and DC infrastructure upgrades.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Education
- Bachelor s degree in IT / Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
