Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech(CIVIL) is mandatory to have

Experience: Exp.3 yrs to 6yrs

Searching of Tenders FOR POWER PROJECTS AND EPC PROJRCTS.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with expertise in Tendering & Estimation for Power and EPC Projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in government tendering, tender documentation, and estimation, along with a sound understanding of thermal power plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders for Power and EPC projects through various government and private tender portals.
- Monitor tender portals daily, including GeM, CPPP, PSU websites, State Government portals, and other tender platforms.
- Evaluate tender opportunities based on the company's technical and commercial eligibility.
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documentation in compliance with client requirements.




- Participate in all types of tenders, including:
- Open Tenders
- Limited Tenders
- Registered Tenders
- Global Tenders
- Turnkey and Non-Turnkey Projects
- Prepare and manage tender documentation for reputed organizations such as NTPC, BHEL, Adani, Jindal, Tata Power, and other government or private sector clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Tendering & Estimation, preferably in Power, EPC, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience in Thermal Power Plant projects will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of government procurement procedures and e-tendering portals.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
