Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete lifecycle of Design & Build projects from project initiation to final handover.
- Develop project schedules, execution strategies, and resource planning aligned with timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate closely with design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Supervise site activities including interior finishing works, installations, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders during execution.
- Lead coordination meetings and provide progress updates, risk identification,



and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, approvals, and progress tracking.

Required skills and experience:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or design & build projects.
- Excellent project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and rapid-paced project timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Excel and project coordination tools preferred.
