Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer (L2) with hands-on experience in Privileged User Access Management (PUAM), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Entra ID / Azure AD, or C2IT platforms. The role focuses on identity and access management operations, governance, and automation in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for IAM solutions including PUAM, MIM, Entra ID, IDAM, or C2IT

- Manage user access requests, approvals, and role assignments

- Troubleshoot access issues, provisioning/de-provisioning failures, and workflow errors

- Monitor and maintain IAM systems, connectors, and automation scripts

- Support integration of IAM solutions with enterprise applications

- Perform compliance checks, audits, and reporting

- Follow ITIL processes and escalate complex issues to L3

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with PUAM / MIM / Entra ID / IDAM / C2IT





- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, RBAC, and SSO

- Experience with IAM workflows, automation, and connectors

- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management

- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have
- Exposure to Privileged Access Management tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.)

- Experience with Identity Governance Administration (IGA)

- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python)

- IAM certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CyberArk, SailPoint)

Education
- Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
