- Preparation of Corporate accounts, Financial Reporting,
- Consolidation of accounts for corporate groups
- Ensure reports are aligned with client expectations and business requirements.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 7 -14 accountants to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and collective goals.
- Set explicit KPIs for the team, aligned with business objectives, including deliverables accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Ensure continuous improvement of employee engagement and retention through training and development initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 yrs to 8 yrs experience in Management Accounting, RTR/GL Accountant
- CA, ACCA, CMA Qualified only
- Team Management experience required
