- Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
- Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
- Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or associate degree with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Instructional Design & SAP EnableNow / Walkme
- Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
- Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines.
