Role & responsibilities

- Develop current business opportunities in the Wire & Cable, PVC Compounds, Masterbatch, Pipe, Profile, and Polymer Processing industries.
- Promote and sell PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, processing aids, impact modifiers, fillers, and specialty additives.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate product trials with customers and provide application support along with the technical team.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contribution margins,



and collection objectives.
- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collections as per credit terms.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and visit reports in the CRM system.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product opportunities.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Accounts teams for timely order execution and customer support.
