We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Marketing Senior Consultant / Oracle Eloqua Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation, campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, customer journey orchestration, and marketing operations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions aligned with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Eloqua solutions for enterprise marketing initiatives.

- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, landing pages, forms, and automated nurture programs.

- Manage lead lifecycle processes, including lead capture, scoring, grading, routing, and handoff to sales.

- Configure and maintain Eloqua segments, shared filters, contact processing workflows (washing machines), program canvases, and campaign canvases.

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle marketing solutions.

- Integrate Oracle Eloqua with CRM and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.

- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, campaign reports, and performance analytics.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance within the marketing automation platform.

- Support the creation of reusable campaign templates, email templates, and best-practice frameworks.

- Troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution, contact data, integration, and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, digital, CX, and IT teams for end-to-end marketing transformation.

- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members and support project delivery excellence.

Skills and attributes for success

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation.

- Good understanding of marketing operations, campaign management,



and demand generation processes.

- Experience in building and managing emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and nurture programs.

- Knowledge of lead scoring, lead management, and customer journey orchestration.

- Understanding of Eloqua integrations with CRM platforms and related marketing ecosystem tools.

- Familiarity with customer data management, segmentation strategies, and campaign performance measurement.

- Ability to analyse business requirements and convert them into functional and technical design solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

- Experience in production support, enhancement, and transformation projects related to Oracle Marketing Cloud.

Ideally, You ll Also Have

- Experience working in Oracle CX / Oracle Marketing Cloud implementation or support projects.

- Exposure to email deliverability, campaign governance, and marketing compliance practices.

- Knowledge of reporting, attribution, and campaign performance optimization.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design documentation, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities.

- Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities across project lifecycle stages.

- Understanding of best practices for campaign design, reusable assets, and marketing automation operating models.
