You will be the face of Seona Couture for walk-in clients at our A S Galleria studio. This is a high-touch sales role understanding client needs, guiding fabric and style choices, managing bespoke orders, and ensuring every client leaves delighted.
What Youll Do
- Greet and consult walk-in clients for bespoke tailoring, alterations, and ready-to-wear
- Guide clients through fabric selection, style options, and pricing with confidence
- Record client measurements and order details accurately
- Follow up on pending orders and communicate delivery timelines via WhatsApp
- Handle cash and digital payments; maintain daily sales records
- Assist with visual merchandising and studio presentation
What Were Looking For
- 1 3 years in retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing fashion roles
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English; warm, confident personality
- Genuine interest in fashion and the ability to discuss fabrics and styles knowledgeably
- Organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel)
- Flexibility to work weekends (our busiest days)
