Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Recruitment Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize strategies and processes.

Candidate Sourcing and Selection:

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, representing the organization professionally and ethically.

Collaboration and Communication:





- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.

Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools/software.
