Job Summary:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil and interior works
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or issues
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and daily logs
- Identify and resolve in office technical or execution challenges
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site discipline

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in civil and interior site supervision
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Knowledge of construction materials and finishing works
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site as per project needs
