Role & responsibilities

Graduate freshers/ Undergraduate with Minimum 6 months of experience in international Customer Support/BPO (Chat, Email, or Voice).

* Willing to work from the Gurugram and Noida offices in rotational shifts.

* Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.

Handle either Inbound or Outbound calls within the prescribed guidelines and standards with International Customers.

Preferred candidate profile for Voice Processes

Excellent Communication Skills.

Financial Analyst International Voice Process*
