Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum 10 years of U.S. IT recruitment experience, including 3+ years as a Team Lead.

Proven experience in building, training, mentoring, and retaining high-performing U.S. IT recruitment teams.

Strong experience working with direct clients.

Proven experience hiring W-2 candidates for contract and full-time roles; No Corp-to-Corp recruitment or bench sales.

Solid experience recruiting U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders.

Train and coach recruiters on sourcing techniques, candidate screening, communication, rate negotiation, and submission quality.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and requirement-status discussions.

Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

Review candidate quality and ensure timely submissions.

Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in Ceipal ATS.

Track team performance, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
