Sales Manager Broking Channel (Motor / Non-Motor) – 3+ Years – Noida

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth through the Broking Channel by building strong broker partnerships and expanding the Motor or Non-Motor insurance portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in General Insurance sales, broker relationship management, and business development, coupled with a proven ability to achieve premium growth and strengthen market presence.

Responsibilities

1. Drive premium growth by managing the assigned Motor or Non-Motor insurance portfolio through the Broking Channel.
2. Build and strengthen relationships with insurance brokers while identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing partnerships.
3. Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to deliver timely quotations, seamless policy issuance, and exceptional customer service.
4. Conduct product presentations, broker engagement initiatives, and training programs to improve partner productivity and portfolio performance.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance while ensuring achievement of sales targets and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

1. Graduate with 3–12 years of experience in General Insurance Sales.
2. Prior experience in the Broking Channel is mandatory with expertise in either Motor Insurance or Non-Motor Insurance.
3. Strong understanding of insurance distribution, broker relationship management, and business development.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
5.



Consistent track record of achieving sales targets with strong performance ratings and a customer-focused approach.
