- Identify relevant tenders through online portals, newspapers, and government websites.
- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and compile tender documents including technical, financial, and administrative submissions.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and finance teams for input and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Track tender timelines, corrigendum, and pre-bid meeting updates.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain a database of status and documentation.
- Prepare cost estimations and assist in pricing strategies for competitive bidding.
- Manage vendor registrations, empanelment, and renewal processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tender-related documents.

Planning:

• Assisting in the design and analysis of bridges and other structures, including preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Conducting field inspections and assessments of existing bridges and structures




• Assisting in the preparation of technical reports and presentations related to bridge design and analysis
• Performing structural analysis and design calculations using various software and tools
• Assisting in the development of construction plans and sequencing of work
• Assisting in the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Billing:

1. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings

2. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender

3. Prepare & process subcontractor bills

4. To take the measurement from the site engineer

5. To get work done as per the protocol of the company

6. To follow up on the accounts department for payment

7. Review the quantities item listed

8. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors

9. Checking measurements

10.Bill certification

11.Should be positive in MS Excel and MS word

12.Preparing reconciliation statements
