Job Description: Social Media Executive (Content & Video Host)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is confident on camera and passionate about creating engaging tech and educational content. The role involves hosting videos, creating short-form and long-form content, and supporting organic growth across platforms like YouTube and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, content sense, and a willingness to learn and grow in a quick-paced content environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media platforms including YouTube and Linkedin Host / anchor videos in English for tech and educational content

- Create and present short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, and content outlines
- Research content trends, formats, and audience behavior
- Collaborate with content, design, production,



and marketing teams
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and content quality
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for organic growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong spoken English with on-camera confidence

Interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing

- Create and present short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn post & video content) and long-form videos
- Basic understanding of scripting, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

Good to Have:

Prior experience hosting or appearing in videos

Knowledge of tech, IT, or ed-tech content

Basic video editing or content planning experience

Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights)
