Role :

To lead and manage the end-to-end execution of DG Set SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) projects across verticals and regions, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant delivery. This role aligns execution strategy with business goals, oversees cross-functional collaboration, enforces governance frameworks, and drives customer satisfaction and revenue realization across large-scale and high-impact Genset projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

- Provide direction and lead the execution teams across all regions and verticals, including Regional Project Execution Heads, Data Center, Defence, and Key Account Execution Heads. •Focusing on on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and execution quality of all projects across India •Develop and institutionalize governance frameworks for project tracking, performance evaluation, escalation handling, and reporting.

2. Execution Oversight

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of DG Set SITC projects pan-India. •Monitor and control project milestones to ensure execution remains within scope, time, and budget. •Ensure accurate and timely billing, revenue realization, and closure of projects in line with financial forecasts.

3. Cross-functional Team Management





- Manage and guide the Design and Post-Engineering teams for engineering validation, drawing approvals, and project documentation. •Collaborate closely with the Engineering Excellence team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure delivery of critical project interventions. •Facilitate seamless coordination between execution, design, procurement, and quality functions to enable integrated execution.

4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the final escalation point for high-impact projects and key accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, consultants, and key project stakeholders. Ensure customer requirements are understood, captured accurately, and proactively addressed throughout the execution cycle.

5. Compliance & Quality

- Ensure all project sites comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Champion a zero-defect execution philosophy and drive consistent adherence to QA/QC protocols and compliance policies. Promote a solid culture of quality and accountability across all execution levels.

6. Digitization

- Deploy project management tools and dashboards to ensure real-time visibility, and enable system adoption through training and compliance. Role & responsibilities
