Hiring | Transport Lead

Location: Sector 142, Noida

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience

- 5-8 years in Employee Transport/Fleet Operations
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
- Experience in transport automation implementation
- IT/ITES/BPO/Corporate experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee transportation operations.
- Coordinate transport for employees, clients, visitors, and senior management.
- Handle spot rental vehicles and transport vendors.
- Lead and supervise a team of 34 Transport Executives.
- Ensure vendor SLA compliance and verify transport invoices.
- Prepare transport MIS, dashboards, utilization reports, and billing reports.
- Drive transport automation, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure employee safety, driver training, and statutory compliance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication with professional email etiquette.
- Strong Excel, Presentation, and MIS reporting skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management will be an added advantage.
