About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Healthcare Recruiters with 1–3 years of experience in the US healthcare staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS clients and a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare professionals, and other clinical staff.

- Work on requisitions received through MSP/VMS platforms.

- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess candidate availability, licensure, and work preferences.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Negotiate compensation, start dates, and employment terms with candidates.

- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while maintaining high submission quality.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.





- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.

- Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS accounts.

- Strong understanding of travel nursing, allied healthcare, and clinical staffing.

- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with multiple MSP/VMS clients.

- Strong understanding of credentialing requirements and healthcare compliance.

- Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
