What We're Looking For:
1. 2-8 years of experience in US Staffing (Technical Recruitment)
Proven experience in IT Recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients.
2. Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, ERP, Infrastructure, and emerging technologies
3. Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, tax terms, and work authorizations
4. Proven success in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing technology professionals
5. Experience supporting Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS programs preferred
6. Strong candidate engagement, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
7.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
